Bay City Christian School of Green Bay, WI, has a rich heritage of 35 years. From the earliest days, they have nurtured children from many area churches.
The vision for a school to serve northeast Wisconsin began in the 1970s when a small group of Christian families in Green Bay wanted their children to receive a solid education in a warm atmosphere, where their faith would be encouraged. Bay City Christian School opened its doors in 1979 with just seventeen students.
As of the beginning 2020-2021 school year, enrollment is 224 students in kindergarten through 12th grade.
BCCS achievement test scores consistently surpass the 80th percentile, and ACT scores are consistently above the Wisconsin AND the national average.
As a member of the American Association of Christian Schools (AACS) and the Wisconsin Association of Christian Schools (WACS), Bay City Christian School provides a Christian education that helps students compete on a state and national level.
BCCS provides a comfortable and safe environment for all of its students. Skilled educators work closely with students, challenging them in their strengths and weaknesses.
Each teacher has his or her own unique style, but all share several common goals:
FIRST, each has a relationship with Jesus and a desire to see their students know Him. SECOND, the teachers want to challenge and encourage students to excel academically, physically, socially, and spiritually. THIRD, the teachers seek to build character into the lives of students so they can reach their God-given potential and be truly successful.
